The location is convenient, within reach of everything you need. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with powerful showers, big bathrooms, and good air conditioning. They are also very clean, thanks to the daily housekeeping. Plus, the option to have breakfast included is a bonus.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredible, always helpful and super nice. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool which was clean and well-maintained. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and smelled lovely. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!

The hotel's location is less than ideal, surrounded by busy roads, making it difficult to access amenities or the beach. the decor is outdated, and the rooms lack ventilation and fresheners. the staff are friendly and provide an adequate breakfast. the hotel pool is lovely.

Noise from outside does tend to permeate and disrupt the peace within the rooms.

The accommodations were fresh and modern, the double room I stayed in was bright and wonderful, and they provided shower facilities and bath sheets.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with good air conditioning. We appreciated being able to rent a scooter for 200 baht with no deposit required, allowing us to explore the island. the hotel had a lovely swimming pool and grounds which was well-maintained.

The tea and coffee in the room were not included in the price, and an additional charge was imposed. There were some small ants in the room and the balcony door could not be locked.

The airport pickup service provided by the hotel was overpriced and the driving was unsafe. there was confusion regarding the charges for water bottles, as the plastic ones were not complimentary.

We had a lovely stay at Spa Garden in Lamai. The hotel was clean and quiet, with a nice soft bed and proper curtains that actually blocked out the light. The pool was fantastic, and we appreciated the sheltered parking for our bike. At 700 baht a night, it was an amazing bargain. The room was spacious, with a very comfy bed and a nice big bathroom. The shower was good, although a glass partition would have been helpful. We loved the little seating area outside our room, and the pool was perfect with plenty of deck chairs. The breakfast included in our room rate had loads of choice and was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we could rent a moped for a reasonable price. it was well worth the money and we would definitely stay again.
